The proposed project would rehabilitate the Cabrillo Pavilion, a City Designated Structure of Merit (qualified historic building) and the surrounding site to enhance public access and community use, address failing systems, and meet current ADA code requirements by making the following improvements. This is a PREVAILING WAGE Project. Please fully comply with all bid requirements per the Project Manual, for example: Prequalification, Certified Payroll, compliance monitoring & enforcement, retention, bid withdrawal and/or irregularities, Contractor’s Licensing Statements, DIR Registration, Liquidated Damages, Guarantees, et al.
