The project is a new 49 unit Multi-Family residential development consisting of 2- 2 Story apartments and 6 Duplexes all of which are modular buildings built in factories offsite. The modular units will be delivered to the site from the factories with with doors and windows and exterior waterproofing installed. The on-site work that will need to be completed includes the foundations, framing of exterior stairs, mansard roof, parapets and covered walkways and eyebrows and other carpentry details. Also sheet metal flashing, gutters, roofing, lath plaster, tile accents, painting and connection to the factory installed Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical.
The sitework consists of site clearing and grading, utilities, hardscape, site concrete and masonry, asphalt paving, signage, fencing and gates, landscaping and irrigation and site accessories.
This Project is: Prevailing Wage. Higher of Federal Davis Bacon or State Residential Prevailing Wages.
We are seeking Certified and Qualified subcontractors and suppliers who are: MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE DVBE and Section 3, with the requirement that 5% of total contracts be awarded to DVBE’s.
