A full-scale modernization of the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute’s clinical facility, transforming a decades-old building into a state-of-the-art environment for advanced diabetes research. This project included extensive infrastructure upgrades, lab reconfiguration, and system overhauls to support the next generation of clinical discovery and innovation.

A Santa Barbara icon returns. After extensive fire damage and a complex rebuild, Chase Restaurant & Lounge has officially reopened on State Street, fully restored with modern upgrades and renewed functionality, while preserving the character the community knows and loves.
