PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT

This is a Rebid from February. The plans have been updated and resubmitted to the City with PLAN CHECK CORRCTIONS. We anticipate the project to start the beginning of September.

The project entails the construction of a new 34,000 square foot 4 story apartment building consisting of 28 Studios and 1 One bedroom managers unit and a Community Room with Offices. The building construction is wood framed on a concrete podium deck over a 15 space parking garage. This project was previously Bid out as 116 E. Cota Mixed Use and at that time consisted of 15 two bedroom apartments with a small commercial space.

The project scope includes site demo, earthwork, stone piles, underground utilities, pavers, hazardous soils remediation, landscaping, pavers, concrete, lightweight concrete, CMU, structural and ornamental steel, hand and guardrails, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, solid surfaces, insulation, waterproofing, roofing, sheet metal, traffic coatings, doors and hardware, O/H Doors, Storefronts, windows, lath and plaster, drywall, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, misc. specialities, Elevator, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm.
