This project consists of the following:
Proposed remodel of an existing 5990sf commercial building which includes:
Expansion of office use into unimproved warehouse space
Relocate main entry / lobby to former break room
Add new offices, open workspaces, storage room, bathrooms & breakroom with associated MEP services
Add enclosure around existing electrical transformer
Replace metal rollup door with aluminum storefront infill to match existing windows
Retrofit existing site flatwork / AC paving for ADA compliance
Add new mechanical enclosure on roof to screen mechanical units
Add mulch over bare areas within existing planters
