FRANK SCHIPPER CONSTRUCTION is pleased to invite you to bid the Ground-up construction for the New 4,389 sf Community Clinic Building & 14,395 sf of Site located at 501 & 505 East Chapel Street, Santa Maria CA, 93454. We have been requested to price the following but not limited to:
Site Work
Grading and Over-excavation, Surveying, Underground Utilities (water, sewer, storm drain, electrical power), On & Offsite concrete sidewalks and driveways, Curbs and gutters, new concrete paving @ Alley, AC Paving, Precast pavers, Steel trash enclosure gates, Masonry Trash enclosures, Masonry site walls, Site fencing & Operable gate, Parking Lot Solar Canopy, Landscape & Irrigation etc.
Building Exterior
Wood Rough framing, Exterior Plaster, Thin Brick Veneer, Metal siding, Single Ply (TPO) Roofing, Standing Seam Roofing, Painting, Metal Exterior Ornamental screens, exterior lighting, HVAC units, Storefront windows and doors, exterior hollow metal doors/frames/ hardware, etc.
Building Interior
Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems, fire sprinkles, Fire Life Safety, Interior Wood framing, drywall, interior doors/ frames/ hardware, interior windows, resilient flooring, carpet flooring & base, tile floors and walls, Millwork and cabinets, Cubical curtains & tracks, Acoustical Ceilings, Paint, etc.
Please submit all RFI’s by 11/2/21 or sooner to be able to receive responses back from Consultants.
