Project Description includes but not limited to:
Two project phases:
Interior remodel of existing medical clinics on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
2nd floor completed first, approximately two month transition. 3rd floor completed following the 2nd floor.
No work is proposed on the first floor.
Price each floor separately.
New interior non-load bearing metal studded walls, offices, exam rooms, employee lounge, and other support spaces.
New accessible bathrooms.
New interior finishes: drywall, insulation, flooring, baseboard, casing, tile (floor and walls), paint, millwork/cabinets, interior 3FORM glass, solid surface tops, window coverings, acoustical ceilings, bath accessories, corner guards, signage, and stucco patching.
New interior doors, frames, and hardware.
New exterior storefront doors.
New structural steel posts for interior pony wall.
Includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems (electrical to include fire alarm allowance) upgrades and fixtures. Existing fire sprinkler system to remain. Include new sprinkler layout per floor plans.
This is NOT an OSHPD3 clinic.
