This project is an interior remodel in an existing building.  The scope of the project includes new interior non-load bearing walls, offices, exam rooms, employee lounge and other support spaces. Upgrades include a new accessible restroom. Scope also includes coordinating MEP upgrades.  This is NOT an OSHPD3 Clinic.
