Description of Work:
Project Remodel includes: Accessibility improvements and parking lot pavement resurfacing at 3400 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA. Work includes removal of existing accessibility barriers per ADA requirements, installation of permeable pavers along northern parking stalls, ADA-compliant accessible parking stalls and loading aisle, concrete sidewalk improvements, trash enclosure relocation, new curb and gutter, grading and drainage improvements (permeable paver system, catch basins, storm drains), detectable warning surfaces, concrete wheel stops, bike racks, short-term bicycle parking, new signage and striping, and landscape/irrigation improvements per the approved plans and specifications.
Provide Pricing for the following:
Civil / Site Work scope to include: Demolition of existing AC pavement, curb, gutter, and site elements. Install new permeable pavers (northern parking stalls), asphalt pavement overlay, concrete sidewalks, accessible ramps, detectable warning surfaces, curb and gutter (including variable height and ribbon curb), concrete wheel stops, catch basins, storm drains, and curb outlet drains.
Landscape / Irrigation scope to include: New planting (Brisbane Box trees, shrubs, groundcovers), drip irrigation system with weather-based controller, permeable paver landscape buffer, trash enclosure relocation and new concrete masonry enclosure with metal gates, bike racks (short-term, 6 spaces), and all associated site furnishings per landscape plans (RRM Design Group / Parryi).
