Scope of Work:

 Provide Pricing for the following:
Separate Pricing for each Scope of Work Item:

• Demo, Remove, Disconnect HVAC Units from Power, Control Wiring, Gas & Condensate Pipe and Dispose TWO Roof Top      Units

• Demolition Sheet Metal, Alterations, Ductwork & Dismantling of HVAC

• Framing and Hardware Including 5-1/8”x16-1/2” 24F-V4 GLULAM BM, Framing Opening Detail (Sheet S-201 and Details Sheet S-301)

• Electrical Work incorporating the Fire Alarm Needs, (Please Send in Any questions you might have that are not clear in the plans ASAP no later than (June, 18, 2026 at 2PM)

• Roofing, Flashing & Patching (Maintaining the Existence Roof Warranty

• Furnish labor and materials to remove existing suspended ceiling system including tiles, grid, and hanger wires. Dispose of all debris.

• Install new suspended ceiling system including wall angle, main tees, cross tees, hanger wires, and acoustical ceiling tile

• Provide, Deliver, Handle, and Install HVAC Units

• THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE JOB
