Crane School Classroom Addition
Project Description includes but not limited to:
Demolition of existing shade structure and related hardscape, partial demolition and re-roofing of existing trellis/ patio cover
3,212 GSF Two-classroom addition
2,402 sf detached shade structure (separate price for this scope)
Associated site improvements- walkways, planters, stairs, benches, lunch patio, landscaping and natural turf & irrigation
Underground Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems
Finishes: flooring, drywall, Paint, millwork, doors & windows, etc.
Fire sprinklers & Fire Alarm are to be installed by Owner. Provide infrastructure for these trades.
