These are three projects that will need to be bid separately and will consist of the following:  

The Upper Yard Restroom is a 2,220 GSF single level structure with three separate sink/shower/toilet areas, a common laundry room and a single-occupant restroom.  The project replaces four existing restrooms and removes three existing cabins.  A separate 163 GSF shed and site retaining walls are also part of the project.

The Lower Yard Restroom #1 is a 986 GSF single level structure with one sink/shower/toilet area, a common laundry room and single-occupant restroom.  The project replaces an existing restroom located in the vicinity.  A separate 55 GSF shed is also part of the project.

The Lower Yard Restroom #2 is a 1,064 GSF existing building to be renovated.  A separate new 106 GSF shed is also part of the project.
