The scope of this project is to construct a new digital marquee at the main campus entry of Santa Barbara High School. The marquee will have a new concrete and stone base, a new custom fabricated aluminum display frame and support columns with ornamental mounting brackets and Hi-Resolution LED Display and new electrical work

SB 693 & AB3018 is now in effect and all contractors working on this project must work to comply with these skilled workforce requirements. Contractor agrees that skilled journeypersons employed to perform work on the Project by Contractor or its subcontractors at every tier are graduates of an apprenticeship program for the applicable occupation at the following percentages per Section 2601: As of January 1, 2020, at least 60 percent of the skilled journeypersons employed to perform work on the contract or project by the entity and each of its subcontractors at every tier are graduates of an apprenticeship program for the applicable occupation that was either approved by the chief pursuant to Section 3075 of the Labor Code or located outside California and approved for federal purposes pursuant to the apprenticeship regulations adopted by the federal Secretary of Labor.
