* RFIs are due by Friday September 13th.
* RFI responses will be issued by Friday September 20th.
* Bids are due Friday, September 27 at 3:00PM

This project consists of the following:  To build 27 residential apartments consisting of (14) Studio Units and (13) 1-Bedroom Units.  Project also includes (20) Single Garages, (10) Covered Carpeort Spaces, (5) Uncovered Guest Spaces, Trash Enclosure, Utility Rooms, Storage Areas and Site Improvements.
