This project consists of the following:  To construct 11518sf (net) new non-residential floor area which will include 10550sf (net) two-story retail/office building and a 968sf (net) one story retail building.  A total of four covered and seven uncovered on site parking spaces are provided.  This project also includes outdoor patio space, revised site landscaping and proposed drywells to allow infiltration of surfsce runoff.
