Bid Schedule is as follows:

This project consists of the following:  There are (2) Sets of Plans for this project; Suite A & Suite B

Suite A: The project is a tenant improvement within Building B.  The scope includes site demolition, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks, addition of van accessible parking stalls and restriping.  Interior work consists of adding and upgrading toilet rooms for accessibility, upgrading mechanical and electrical services, patching and resurfacing existing floors, removing existing walls, adding new walls and upgrading security both inside and outside.

Suite B: The project is also a tenant improvement within Building B (next to Suite A).  This is interior work and it consists of upgrading the existing toilet room for accessibility, upgrading the mechanical and electrical services, patching and resurfacing existing floors, removing existing walls, adding new walls and upgrading security both inside and outside.

Please provide a separate bid for each Suite as they have been submitted under separate permits

Soft demolition, hard demolition, grading, concrete sidewalks, truncated domes, striping, asphalt patching, SOG concrete patching, handrails, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, doors frames hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, fluid applied resinous flooring, resilient flooring, marlite wallcovering, resilient flooring, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, fire extinguishers, signage, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical & security.

 The scope for Suite B consists of the following:

Handrails, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, doors frames hardware, metal stud framing, drywall, fluid applied resinous flooring, resilient flooring, marlite wallcovering, resilient flooring, painting, toilet partitions & accessories, fire extinguishers, signage, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical & security.
