 SCOPE OF WORK. Tenant Improvement (interior remodel) of 2,600 SF including: Concrete footings & slab patch, ADA upgrades, soft demo, light gage metal framing, rough & finish carpentry, millwork & countertops, insulation, plaster patch, drywall, Doors/windows/hardware, Nana Wall glass folding door, ceramic tile & stone, bath accessories, Glass/glazing, painting, ADA signage, plumbing, VAC distribution & controls, electrical.  

  This project is NOT prevailing wage.
