SCOPE OF WORK. Renovations including: selective demo, concrete, masonry, metals, light gage metal framing, rough framing, finish carpentry insulation, drywall, doors/frames & hardware, windows, glazing/mirrors, drywall, ceramic tile/stone, acoustic ceilings, carpet flooring, painting, interior specialties, Toilet/bath accessories, FF & E installation, roof patch, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical.  Civil to include selective demo, flatwork/curbs, permeable pavers, wood walkway, wood trellis, decorative fountain, concrete stairs, ADA upgrades, catch basins/storm drains, & bocce ball court. Landscaping of 15,400 SF to include selective demo, tree protection, landscape construction, Green Roof System, planting, irrigation & landscape lighting.

IMPORTANT NOTES.

1.)    Your Project Bid need to be broken down as shown on the Attachment J - PA Bid Form.

2.)    Pay close attention to the Attachment I – Responsibility Matrix which is also shown in more detail in the beginning the Material Specifications.

This project is NOT prevailing wage.
