SCOPE OF WORK. Tenant Improvement of 1,030 SF including: soft demo, interior finishes, light gage metal framing, insulation, drywall, interior doors, lab casework, frames & hardware, glazing, acoustic ceilings, vinyl base flooring, painting, fire protection (sprinklers,) plumbing, HVAC and controls, & electrical.  Civil to include (2) new accessible parking stalls and a new sloped walkway and landing.

 This project is  NOT prevailing wage.
