This project consists of the following:  

This project proposes replacement of the roofing material of the upper and lower flat roofs, and replacement of existing rooftop HVAC and exhaust fans of the Collections & Research Center (CRC).  All equipment will be replaced, like-for-like, with the exception of (2) HVAC units which will be reused.

Reconfiguration of the HVAC equipment on the CRC roof allows for the addition of solar panels (which will be hidden from view by the parapet walls).  The addition of the solar panels will be submitted under a separate permit.
