This project consists of converting an existing 3-story, 56 Room Hotel to a remodeled / new 3-Story, 122 Room Hotel with with a pool/spa courtyard area at the ground floor and one sub-grade basement parking level connecting to the existing garage. The new Hotel will have 124 parking spaces, new lobby, dining, kitchen and exercise rooms.
