This project consists of a a Tenant Improvement for Thermo Fisher Scientific on the existing Office Building (9676sf) with new building finishes, and suspended acoustical ceiling system.  There is an alternate to provide a new Men’s and Women’s Restroom.

The scope of work includes soft demolition, hard demolition (alternate), concrete patching (alternate), framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, insulation, doors frames hardware, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, concrete sealer, painting, window coverings , toilet accessories (alternate) & plumbing.  Electrical work is done by owner.
