This project consists of the following:  Overhaul an existing 15,200 sf site in downtown Santa Barbara consisting of improvements of a single story concrete block, metal and glass building with metal roofing; replacement of a concrete loading platform and driveway surface; new underground utility services and site lighting; all new landscaping; temporary facilities; and offsite improvements including new sidewalk, curb & gutter.
