Project Description: This project consists of interior Tenant Improvements to existing commercial lease space within AREA B of the Entrada de Santa Barbara.  The scope of work includes new non load bearing partition walls, new fitting rooms, mechanical, electrical & fire sprinklers with associated interior TI & Lighting.

2. View plans at Frank Schipper Construction Co. : Plans and Specifications are available for review at the Frank Schipper Construction Co. office; 610 E. Cota St,, Santa Barbara, Ca. 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday.

3. A copy of the plans and specifications can be burned on a CD and be mailed or picked up at our office. Please call the front desk at 963-4359 or email info@schipperconstruction.com to request a CD.

This project HAS A PLA Agreement in place.  Please refer to the Public Labor Agreement Exhibit noted in the contract documents.

MBW / WBE / DVBE Contractors are encouraged to bid

The scope of work includes metal stud framing & drywall, doors frames & hardware, wood flooring, tile, wood ceiling, finish carpentry, painting, wallcovering, fire sprinklers, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
