We’re proud to partner with Sanctuary Centers and Cearnal Collective on a project that will bring 34 units of affordable and supportive housing, along with an integrated health clinic, to downtown Santa Barbara. Housing and healthcare will share one address, creating a path to stability for those in our community who are living with mental health needs.

A full-scale modernization of the Sansum Diabetes Research Institute’s clinical facility, transforming a decades-old building into a state-of-the-art environment for advanced diabetes research. This project included extensive infrastructure upgrades, lab reconfiguration, and system overhauls to support the next generation of clinical discovery and innovation.
