VetSurg
Project: VetSurg
Ventura, California
Client: Vetsurg
This 13,000-square-foot tenant improvement converted an existing educational facility into a fully functioning veterinary surgical hospital. Construction included four surgical suites equipped with overhead boom systems for lighting, medical gases, monitors, and suction, along with radiology rooms featuring full lead shielding. The buildout also incorporated exam rooms, offices, back-of-house kennels, and exterior improvements. Extensive coordination with medical equipment vendors was required to align MEP rough-ins and custom structural steel with specialized equipment. Additional work included ADA- compliant ramps, stairs, and handrails, as well as native landscaping to enhance site accessibility and cohesion.
