The project transformed a former neighborhood pizza parlor into a 3,500-square-foot modern financial facility, thoughtfully balancing custom design with community context. The interior features predominantly custom finishes, highlighted by an acoustic trellis element in the lobby, decorative bubble panels integrated into the teller counter frontage, and curated wall graphics showcasing local landmarks. New exterior lighting was designed to enhance the building’s architectural presence and provide a strong visual backdrop for exterior signage. The renovation included construction of new private offices, a secure cash room, an employee breakroom, and a welcoming customer lobby. The renovation transformed the existing structure into a contemporary, fully functional financial facility that meets modern operational and security requirements.
