Renovation of a 13,781-sf two-story office building included upgrades to common areas and tenant spaces, new restrooms, offices, and meeting rooms. It also created a ‘warm shell’ for future expansions, exterior enhancements, and installed a two-story hydraulic elevator for accessibility.
