This project involved the ground-up construction of a new 4,400 square foot community medical clinic, including comprehensive site development with new underground utilities, parking, and landscaping. The building features a standing-seam metal reverse-slope roof and a carefully detailed exterior palette of veneer brick and metal siding, accented by custom perforated metal window screens. A steel carport with an integrated solar panel system supports on-site energy generation. Inside, the main lobby is defined by a cathedral-height decorative metal plank ceiling, creating a light-filled and welcoming entry space for patients and staff.
