We've come a long way since our founder began building houses in the 1960s with a dream of creating his own business. In 1982, Frank Schipper built his company with the belief that a client-centered business focused on core values including integrity, teamwork, and professionalism, was the key to a successful and long-lasting organization. Through thirty-five plus years of successful projects and sustained growth, these values have permeated throughout the company and have led to a long list of successful and award-winning projects and an extensive base of repeat clients.

Schipper Construction Co. has constructed or renovated many of the landmarks across Santa Barbara and the Tri-Counties (Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo) encompassing buildings in every industry, among them; healthcare, arts, education, commercial interiors, historical renovations, and hospitality.
