Description:
Following significant fire damage, the renovation of Chase Restaurant & Lounge involved full interior remediation and comprehensive reconstruction of the kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, offices, and storage spaces. The project included a complete commercial kitchen rebuild with new equipment, reconfiguration of interior layouts, construction of an upstairs private lounge, installation of expanded storage areas, and upgrades to ADA-compliant restrooms and accessible entry points. Structural repairs, new interior finishes, and system improvements were executed throughout, along with exterior enhancements, including new awnings, façade repainting, and the reconstruction of tiled rear-entry stairs. The scope restored the building’s infrastructure, improved operational efficiency, and delivered a fully modernized hospitality environment while maintaining the property’s architectural integrity.
