Comprehensive ground-up reconstruction of Rancho Alegre Boy Scout Camp following extensive damage from the 2017 Whittier Fire. The project delivered approximately 25,000 square feet of new construction across 12 buildings, utilizing structural insulated panels for exterior walls and roof assemblies to improve energy eOiciency and performance. The scope included four dormitories, two boarding houses for temporary staO, and six residences for permanent staO. All roofs and exterior façades were completed with fireresistant materials, including metal roofing and cement board siding, to enhance long-term durability and wildfire resilience.
