Description:
FSCC provided preconstruction and construction services for a complete architectural and structural upgrae of two commercial buildings (two stories, 21,000 square feet). The modernization included new exterior monumental stairs, lower plaza redesign and elevator. Pedestrian decks received new tile and railings. The one plus acre site was completely re-landscaped, with a reconfigured parking lot, new site walls and storm drainage system.
