The project consists of the construction of  a 3,871 square foot Main Wine Tasting Room and a 540 square foot Private Tasting Room and all associated site work. 

The project scope includes the construction of the 2 tasting rooms from the concrete slab on up. The concrete slabs are in place with the underground pipes and conduits stubbed just above the existing slabs. 

The work consists of finish grading, site concrete, sandstone paving, site walls, underground utilities, septic system and leach field, landscaping and irrigation, framing, heavy timber trusses, cabinets and counter tops, finish carpentry, insulation, roofing, sheet metal, doors and hardware, windows, lath and plaster, drywall, ceramic tile, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing and Electrical.
