Description:
The renovation, remodel and addition to an existing 11,000 square foot theater built in 1921. The project includes; a complete demolition and remodel of the interior, the demolition and reconstruction of the stage house with new rigging and lighting, complete seismic upgrade, refurbish the exterior finishes, partial remodel of the attached 14,600 square foot office building, including; removal and rebuild of the existing stage house, seismic retrofit, sitework, rigging, audio-visual. Interior improvements including new seating, lighting, HVAC, finishes, exterior improvements to entry, city sidewalks, and parking lot improvements
