The project consists in the renovation to the existing Cate Hall Theatre at Crane School in Montecito including an 873 square foot lobby addition and new site concrete ramps and stairs.
Project Scope includes site and building select demolition, grading, storm drainage, site and building concrete, CMU Screen Wall, miscellaneous steel trellis, spiral staircase and handrails, Rough and Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Roofing, Sheet Metal, Doors, Finish Hardware, Storefront and Windows, Lath and Plaster, Drywall, Acoustical Panels and Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Signage, new Theatre Seating, Rigging, Drapes, Audio Visual and Lighting, Window Coverings, Wheel Chair Lift, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
This is NOT a Prevailing Wage Project.
