Project Manager
Seth Perkins
Since starting with Frank Schipper Construction Co., Seth Perkins has applied a “learn by doing” approach to every project he manages. He received this approach and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Prior to working at Schipper Construction, Seth gained experience working for Granite Construction. As a Project Engineer with Granite, he helped successfully estimate and manage multimillion dollar government construction projects. Now, Seth is establishing himself as a vital part of the Schipper Construction team through his work on Bishop Diego High School and Santa Barbara Historical Museum construction projects while running other smaller projects at the same time. He enjoys overcoming the challenges each project brings and the chance to learn something new each day. Seth appreciates being a part of Schipper Construction and the opportunity it allows him to be a part of the local building industry and community. The ocean around Santa Barbara is Seth’s playground where he loves to surf, paddle, and swim. |
