Keith Kelley has been a part of the Schipper family since 1999. He is a graduate of Ventura High School's class of '76 as well as a graduate of a four-year carpenters apprentice school from which he earned his Journeyman's Certificate. Keith started in construction as a framer on commercial buildings and tract homes and then moved on to framing custom homes with local contractors. After obtaining his General Contractors License in 1987, he began to work as a superintendent, supervising all phases of construction. For two years, Keith remodeled military barracks on San Nicholas Island after which he joined Schipper Construction. Keith, who has a true passion for his job and is truly fulfilled by what he does, has continued his education in construction related areas by attending various 10 week courses in the Supervisory Training Program sponsored by the Association of General Contractors. Since he has been with Frank Schipper Construction Co., Keith has successfully supervised many multi-million dollar projects such as Fillmore Boys and Girls Club, Ventura College in Santa Paula, Salzer's Records Remodel, Brooks Institute of Photography remodels at both Ventura and Santa Barbara Campuses, and the County Clerk Recorder Assessor's Office Remodel to name a few. Keith is happily married to his wife Nanci and in his spare time he enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities. You can usually find him camping, fishing, boating and skiing when he is not working. He even enjoys pursuing carpentry and woodworking in his free time!! That's true love for one's trade and Keith's passion and enthusiasm for construction is truly reflected in the projects that he supervises!!
