Villegas

Erwin Villegas adds youth, vitality, and experience to the office team and the field. He also brings experience as a HVAC estimator, working on a number of government projects and hard-bid/design-build projects in various locations throughout the United States.
Erwin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University in Fresno. While at school he was a member of the Association Society of Civil Engineers, and he was a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, serving as secretary of the organization from 1995 to1996. Since joining the Frank Schipper Construction Co. team in 1998, he has completed 8 courses of the AGC’s Supervisory Training Program and is also a Board Member, and serving as the Chair for 2007-2008 term with the Young Constructors Forum, a branch of the AGC. Erwin earned his Project Management Certification from UCSB.
Erwin has worked on a variety of projects from kitchens, to offices to warehouse distribution facilities. He likes the challenge of diverse projects and has a knack for successfully managing numerous large projects simultaneously. He currently split shis time estimating and managing projects, while also serving as a board member & Division Director for the Associated General Contractors, Tri-Counties District. Erwin spends his free time playing sports outdoors and enjoying the Santa Barbara weather.
