Description:
Demolition of an existing 4,100 SF commercial building rebuilt to serve as two commercial spaces with a total of 4,000 SF of space.  Included all related site work and underground utilities.  Two new outdoor seating/dining areas.  New permeable paver walkways and bio-rentention planter were designed for storm water management.
